Job summary

Serco Limited is seeking a Housekeeper at Bisham Abbey to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, visitors and the local community. You will support high standards across the site and contribute to positive experiences in sports, leisure, events and accommodation facilities.

The role requires reliability, adaptability and strong attention to detail, with a customer-focused approach and good communication skills. Weekend rota availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or similar.
• Reliable, motivated, adaptable, and a team player.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.

• Flexible including weekend rota.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties across designated areas, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing, and waste disposal.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in sports, conference, accommodation, and communal areas.
• Prepare rooms and facilities to a high standard for guests and visitors.
• Clean shower, changing, and bathroom areas in line with required standards.
• Support deep cleaning activities, including carpet cleaning, descaling, and window cleaning where required.
• Help maintain safe cleaning stores and support colleagues with other reasonable duties across the site.
