About The Role

Housekeeper - Bank Team

Location: Buxton House Residential Home - Weymouth, DT4 0QJ

Pay rate: £12.30 per hour

Hours: Bank

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join the bank team at Buxton House, a purpose-built, friendly, social residential and dementia care home located near the historic Jurassic Coast in Weymouth, Dorset.

Previous experience in a care home setting is not essential, but we want you to enjoy housekeeping! You should have a genuine desire to create a fresh and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to be part of a larger housekeeping team are important.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensuring the home is kept clean, safe, and comfortable for residents
• Supporting with cleaning communal areas and residents' rooms
• Assisting the laundry team with washing, drying, and ironing residents' clothing
