Job Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in the Housekeeping department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, providing staffing support during busy periods and covering staff absences such as annual leave.

Applicant Requirements

• Competence in literacy and numeracy
• Maths and English GCSEs at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2
• Proficiency in using a PC, including relevant software and systems
• Prior experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided

Key Duties

• Flexible work across departments based on business needs
• Performing daily cleaning of patient, public, and staff areas
• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all
• Replenishing linen and consumables
• Working across various departments, including theatre areas, and at different CHG sites as required
