We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team in the Housekeeping department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, where you will supplement staffing levels during busy periods and cover for staff on leave or absence. Enhanced rates are offered for unsociable hours:

Duties of this role include:

• Undertake daily cleaning of patient, public, and staff areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Work flexibly across all departments (including Theatre areas) and sites as needed.
• Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead for auditing.
• Comply with all mandatory training requirements.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Competency in literacy and numeracy.
• Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent Level 2 functional skills.
• Proficiency in PC use, including relevant software and systems.
