Job summary

Welford Healthcare's Bath-based home is seeking a Head Housekeeper/Head Cleaner to lead and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring a clean, homely environment for residents.

The role covers all areas of the home with a direct impact on residents, visitors and staff. It is a full-time position offering £13.00 per hour, with induction, ongoing training and a range of benefits including a workplace pension, enhanced overtime pay, a free uniform and on-site parking.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Head Housekeeper/Head Cleaner to join our friendly Nursing Home team.

You will be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team while maintaining a clean and homely environment for our residents. Working in all areas of the home from bedrooms and bathrooms to lounges and dining rooms, the tasks you carry out will ensure everyone can enjoy a clean, tidy and welcoming environment. This means you’ll have a direct impact on our residents, their visitors and all the staff working to support them.
