Job summary

Forest Holidays at Ardgartan Argyll, Loch Long, is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. You will work in small teams to clean multiple cabins per shift, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction with a friendly, can-do attitude.

The role is open year-round and part-time (16 hours) with shifts on Mondays and Fridays, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Transport support is available from nearby areas for those who need it.

Work Where the Mountains Meet the Loch

• Location: Ardgartan Argyll (Loch Long)
• Salary: £12.71 per hour
• Working Hours: Part-time, 16 hours.
• Days of Work: Monday and Friday, 8:30am until 4:30pm.
• Transport Available: Free transport to and from the Balloch, Helensburgh and Dumbarton areas is available (subject to user numbers and your home location)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our team at Argyll.

At the edge of the Argyll Forest Park, pine-covered mountains sweep down to meet the shore of Loch Long where 40 cabins sit. A more perfect spot for a forest escape is hard to imagine.

About the Housekeeper Role

Open all year round, our Housekeepers work in small teams, cleaning multiple cabins per shift. Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of exceptional cleanliness, it’s what keeps our guests coming back time and time again.

• The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues

• Some previous experience in a similar role
• A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17

• 16 years: £8.00 per hour
• 17 years: £10.85 per hour
