Job summary

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Housekeepers to join the team at The Western Community Hospital in Southampton. Applicants with hospitality, nursing home or hospital experience are welcome, with roles available from 15 to 37.5 hours per week. Shifts run between 07:00 and 17:00, and pattern of work will be discussed at interview.

Training and development opportunities are provided. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, nursing homes, hospitals or similar settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services to inpatient wards.

Job description

We are looking for Housekeepers to join our team and welcome applications from candidates who have experience of working in the hospitality industry, Nursing Homes, Hospitals or have other relevant skills.

Housekeepers provide cleaning services to our inpatient wards at The Western Community Hospital in Southampton, which is accessible by public transport.

We have varying roles from 15 and 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 07:00 and 17:00, however the pattern of work will be discussed at interview.

We want you to form part of our friendly and supportive team who are dedicated to providing a clean, safe and caring environment for our patients, colleagues and visitors.
