Chickpea Group in the Southwest is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain high standards in guest rooms and public areas across our pubs. You’ll welcome guests with warmth and deliver hospitality from start to finish, working as part of a supportive team.

Experience in housekeeping is preferred. You’ll thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment, taking pride in spotless spaces and a positive, can-do attitude across rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping role preferred.

We’re on the hunt for a reliable and detail orientated Housekeeper.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cleaning guests’ rooms to the highest standard.
• Cleaning and tidying communal areas of the business including customer bathrooms.
• Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and a big smile
• Delivering exceptional hospitality from start to finish
• Handling guest requests like a pro
• Working closely with your team members to create a great vibe
