Job summary

The Brendoncare Foundation is seeking a Housekeeper for our care home in Otterbourne, Hampshire. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene while protecting resident safety and privacy. The role requires prior cleaning experience, a flexible, reliable approach, and a caring attitude toward older people.

Salary is £12.85 per hour with an additional 10% uplift on weekend shifts. Extensive training, DBS check, free parking, and staff support are among the benefits offered.

Role and Services

What is the role? Brendoncare are looking for a Housekeeper to join our care home in Otterbourne, Hampshire. The spacious site near Chandler's Ford in Hampshire offers three interconnected services:

• Otterbourne Court: A care home providing personalised nursing and dementia care, as well as planned and emergency respite support.
• Otterbourne Mews: Dementia-friendly apartments for couples or individuals living with dementia.
• Otterbourne Club: A community hub where residents and local people can enjoy a range of facilities, activities and social opportunities.
