Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness standards across corridors, lift landings, and all public walkways on site.

You will work Monday to Friday, 11:00-19:00 or 12:00-20:00, liaising with the client's operational lead, responding to spillages, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Personable and confident demeanor.
• Experience in front-of-house or customer service environments is desirable.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on site during operational hours.
• Liaise with the client's daily operational lead to address spillages and follow schedules.
• Work safely around members of the public and client staff to ensure a safe environment.
• Refresh toilets and kitchenette areas; manage dishwashers and spill responses.

About The Role:

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 11:00-19:00 or 12:00-20:00

As Housekeeper you will ensure that the expected standards of cleanliness are maintained in corridors, lift landings, and all other public walkways always including all fire escapes and staff areas.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• To maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on site, during the site's operational hours, whilst customers/stakeholders are using the areas
• To liaise with the clients daily operational lead throughout the shift, to be reactive to spillages or debris noted, and to follow an agreed schedule
• To work as safely as possible whilst members of the public or the clients team are present, to ensure a safe environment
• Duties will include but not be limited to: refreshing toilets, refreshing kitchenettes, loading/unloading dishwashers, reactive cleaning to spillages

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have right to work in the UK
• To be personable and confident
• Experience within a front of house role, or in a customer services or experience team is desirable
• Good understanding of health and safety
