Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Domestic Assistant to maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients. You will clean, prepare areas, manage waste, collect linen and assist with deep cleaning using up-to-date equipment and a comprehensive training programme.

You will work with the infection prevention team, follow cleaning processes, and ensure patient experience is not compromised.

We are looking for a Housekeeper who will help us to create a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients by cleaning and preparing a range of areas, utilising the latest equipment, products and supported by a first-class training programme. You will take pride in your work and undertake a variety of general responsibilities ranging from room cleaning, waste removal, linen collection and deep cleaning.As a Housekeeper, you will:Care about our patients so that you can organise your work and plan your time with assistance from our Heads of Housekeeping to make sure cleaning never gets in the way of a patients’ experience.Be friendly, with good communication and customer service skills.
