You'll be working part-time, 24 hours a week (need to be flexible between Monday to Friday), at Cygnet Oaks, helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.
Cygnet Oaks is a 35-bed service specializing in high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men, providing a multi-disciplinary treatment program designed to assist individuals with their return to independent living.
Depending on the individual's level of need, Cygnet Oaks provides different levels of support in 2 wards: the Lodge and the House. The Lodge is a 20-bed admission ward where most service users start their recovery journey. Individuals admitted here are generally stepping down from an acute or low secure service.
The House is a 15-bed service for individuals to continue along their care pathway. The Lodge also contains a 4-bed step-through service, situated in its own corridor with a separate living space to prepare and develop individuals towards a community placement, with input from the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
