Birchstone Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, homely environment for residents, staff and visitors in our care home. You will clean all areas in line with policies, assist with laundry, and support the team while upholding infection control and residents' privacy and dignity at all times.

We value reliability, punctuality and a friendly, team-focused approach. Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to set cleaning schedules.

Aufgaben

• Clean and maintain all areas of the care home, including residents' rooms, communal spaces, bathrooms, and offices, in line with company policies and infection control procedures.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored appropriately.
• Work closely with colleagues to support the smooth running of the home, responding to cleaning requests and maintaining high standards at all times.
• Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, and distributing linen and residents' clothing.
• Report any maintenance or health and safety issues promptly.
• Help create a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors.
• Demonstrate respect and sensitivity towards residents' privacy, dignity, and personal space.
