Hours:

30 hours per week. 8am-4.30pm. Will include weekends.

Job purpose:

To provide cleaning and laundry services within the home, working alongside residents and staff to maintain a clean and safe environment. To manage cleaning supplies and make necessary orders.

Disclosure & Barring Service Check requirement:

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check (without barred list).

About The Role

As a Housekeeper at Merton Place, Colwyn Bay, you'll maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Your role involves creating a homely space, engaging with residents respectfully, and maintaining high hygiene standards. The role demands flexibility, organization, and attention to detail, with a focus on making a positive difference.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply Health & Safety practices and share responsibility for safety across the organization.
• Follow Risk Management strategies to identify and mitigate risks.
• Implement Equality and Diversity policies in daily operations and report any concerns to managers.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
