Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a Housekeeper at Brooklyn House, Attleborough. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week at £13.08 per hour within a 38-bed nursing, dementia and residential care home.

You will help maintain a clean, safe and homely environment for residents, following schedules and collaborating with the care team. The position supports work-life balance, development opportunities, and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for creating a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to create a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
