Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd in Liss is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join Blenheim Court. You will maintain cleanliness and comfort for residents, staff and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment in a 60-bed home.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours with 10-hour shifts, in a friendly, family-like team. Ongoing training and development opportunities are provided to support growth and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for creating a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to create a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
