You will lead a team of recycling operatives, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with waste permits, planning conditions, and health and safety policies, while promoting responsible waste management.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the smooth, safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the HWRC in Aldershot.
• Supervise the on-site team, supporting and motivating staff to maintain consistency.
• Ensure the site operates in line with permits, planning conditions and risk assessments.
• Apply Duty of Care and relevant waste legislation on site.
• Maintain health and safety for all on site including public and contractors.
• Adhere to Veolia's QHSE policies and procedures.
• Promote recycling and responsible waste management.
