Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Coordination

• Build, lead, and inspire a talented team of household staff, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to service.
• Guide the team in upholding the highest standards, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
• Establish relevant SOPs to maintain “minimum acceptable standards”.

Exemplary Butlership

• Oversee the execution of exquisite meals and sophisticated events, leveraging extensive hospitality knowledge.
• Ensure every service reflects elegance and refinement, adhering to the finest etiquette standards.

Daily Management

• Manage daily household operations to ensure a seamless environment of comfort and luxury.
• Develop innovative systems for efficient management, enhancing the living experience for family and guests.

Dining and Service Management

• Design detailed dining plans and coordinate culinary activities, managing dining inventory.
• Provide exemplary service during meals and special occasions, creating memorable moments.

Event Planning

Support for Family Members
