Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Coordination: Build, lead, and inspire a talented team of household staff, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to service. Set up SOPs to guide and maintain standards.
• Exemplary Butlership: Oversee the execution of meals and events, ensuring service reflects elegance and refinement.
• Daily Management: Manage household operations, develop systems for efficiency, and enhance the living experience.
• Dining and Service Management: Plan dining activities, manage supplies, and provide top-tier service during meals and events.
• Event Planning: Organize family events and gatherings, ensuring attention to detail.
• Support for Family Members: Anticipate needs, manage calendars and travel, and provide personalized support. Travel with the family as required.
• Communication and Coordination: Maintain harmony among staff and external partners, address issues proactively.

Job Requirements:
