Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Coordination: Build, lead, and inspire a talented team of household staff, fostering a culture of excellence. Set up SOPs to maintain standards.
• Exemplary Butlership: Oversee exquisite meals and events, ensuring service reflects elegance and etiquette.
• Daily Management: Manage household operations, developing systems for efficiency and comfort.
• Dining and Service Management: Coordinate culinary activities and manage dining supplies, providing exceptional service during meals and events.
• Event Planning: Organize family events and gatherings, attending to all details to ensure success.
• Support for Family Members: Anticipate needs, manage calendars, travel, and special requests, including travel with the family as needed.
• Communication and Coordination: Maintain smooth communication among staff and external partners, addressing issues proactively.

Job Requirements:
