Job summary

Circle Health Group in Windsor is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join the Hotel Services team. The role is 20 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.

You will clean patient, public and staff areas, replenish linen, and help maintain a safe, pleasant environment across hospital sites as required. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Housekeeper – The Princess Margaret Hospital, 20 Hours & Permanent. Salary: £24,947.00 FTE per year

The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in the Hotel Services department.

This is a part time role for 20 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Duties of this role include:

• Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested.
• Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes.
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Competency in literacy and numeracy.
• Good Communication skills.
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
