Job summary

Key Recruitment Ltd. in the East Midlands is seeking a Sales Executive – B2, Digital, Large Format to manage client requirements from enquiry to delivery. You will lead projects across print, installation and joinery, coordinating with production to meet tight deadlines and ensuring excellent client service.

You will develop trusted advisor relationships with new customers, quote bespoke jobs accurately, and handle multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced signage environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project/account management experience within Large Format Signage.
• Signage experience in the house builder industry is a priority.
• Experience managing signage projects for house building & construction.
• Strong client communication with colleagues and clients.
• Delivery of client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Pro-active with a forward-thinking approach to new products and development.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead point of contact for all client-specific matters.
• Meeting clients and carrying out site audits.
• Full project management of jobs including print, installation, and joinery work.
• Process orders with production to meet tight deadlines.
• Build and develop a trusted advisor relationship with new customers.
• Quote bespoke jobs accurately.
• Manage multiple projects to tight timescales and varying complexities.
• Attend site surveys and installs if required.
