Are you passionate about supporting learners? Dovetail and Slate, employment businesses working in partnership with over 200 colleges across the UK, are offering exciting Progress Coach opportunities for individuals with experience running tutorials for learners.

We work with colleges that require hourly paid Progress Coaches in the following areas:

• Southampton

Term Time Only

Full-time hours available!

Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 and group support to students, monitoring their progression.
2. Set SMART targets.
3. Run small group tutorials on study skills, employability, PSHE, or similar topics.
4. Safeguard vulnerable learners.

Requirements:

• Cover Supervisor, 1:1 tutoring, or teaching experience.
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training, or willingness to obtain.
• Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain.
