Job summary

Dovetail and Slate is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support learners across colleges in the UK. You will provide 1:1 and group support for students with additional learning needs and assist teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.

No formal teaching qualifications are required; a genuine enthusiasm for helping learners is essential, with safeguarding and DBS readiness or willingness to obtain. Full time, part-time and term-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEN children or young adults.
• Experience in education.
• Knowledge of additional learning needs.
• Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain.
• Enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain.
