Job summary

AB World Foods Limited is seeking a Hotfill Technician in Leigh to set up and supervise production lines, ensuring adherence to required standards. The role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00, with potential shift changes. You will work to Health & Safety standards, maintaining paperwork and monitoring performance on the line.

You will lead line operatives, escalate issues, and provide day-to-day coverage while supporting continuous improvements and GMP compliance across the team.

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge and adherence to quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Solid Health & Safety understanding and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up production lines and supervise line operatives to meet standards.
• Maintain accurate process paperwork and monitor performance.
• Report issues to Engineers and Team Leaders and carry out investigations.
• Provide ad hoc operational cover as required.
