A leading hotel operator in Europe is seeking a multi-skilled Reception Team Member in Nottingham. This role involves overseeing hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and providing excellent service. As a multi-skilled Reception Team Member, you will work independently overseeing hotel operations, including guest check-in and check-out, and addressing guest needs. The role is varied; responsibilities may include preparing drinks, making pizza, handling reservations, answering phones, cashiering, overseeing security and safety, or performing basic cleaning duties. Your goal is to ensure guests have an exceptional stay by providing excellent service and having fun in the process.
You will work around 4-5 shifts per week, either early (06:00-14:00) or late (14:00-22:00), totaling 32-40 hours. Flexibility is required to work different shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts to cover absences.
We seek candidates with a bubbly personality, who are cool and team-oriented. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and perform under pressure is essential. Basic IT skills and cashiering experience are desirable, but full training will be provided.
