Hamberley Care Management Limited, Abbots Wood Manor in Hailsham, seeks a Hotel Services Manager to lead the planning and operation of the home’s kitchen, domestic, laundry and maintenance teams, ensuring top-quality resident care.

You will recruit, schedule, train and motivate staff, manage budgets for support departments, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety and resident satisfaction. Join a luxury care home that values teamwork and professional pride.

Qualifications

• Staffing, scheduling, holiday planning, training, supervising, creating rotas to ensure adequate cover across all departments and developing the staff within the 4 department teams; ensuring that all training and competency records for each member is completed.

• Planning, organising and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of resident and visitor satisfaction. To uphold and promote the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the home.
• Maintain the budget provided for Kitchen, Domestic/Laundry and Maintenance departments.
• To manage, motivate and develop individuals within the team to enable them to meet current and future team and resident needs
• Ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times
• Staffing, scheduling, holiday planning, training, supervising, creating rotas across all departments and developing staff within the teams.
