Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich is seeking a hands-on Hotel Services Lead to supervise Housekeeping, Portering and Materials Management across the hospital. This is an operational leadership role, requiring you to actively support housekeeping, portering, and materials activities while driving team performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Ideal for someone who leads by example and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern, covering core full time hours Monday to Friday, but a degree of flexibility will be required as the clinic is open 08.00AM -20.00PM Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings.
