WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO

• Proactively establishing new prospects, contacting, and converting them into new business.
• Responding to and following up on sales inquiries.
• Developing and maintaining existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with Group Sales Executive and reservations team.
• Carrying out market research and competitor surveys as required.
• Working with the Hotel GM, Head of CEH Sales and Delivery, Sales Manager (Conference and Events), Business Development, and Marketing team to compile the annual hotel sales and marketing plan.
• Collaborating with the Hotel GM, Head of CEH Sales and Delivery, and Business Development team to analyze monthly departmental sales against budget and key account management strategy.
• Attending and contributing to the Daily Detail meeting, Revenue meetings, Team Meeting, Sales Meeting, Commercial review, and Business Review meeting.
• Producing monthly reports for management on sales activities.
• Developing and maintaining a client and prospective client database, following company standards.

• Experience in cross-department collaboration to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
