Job summary

Omni Facilities Management Limited is hiring a Housekeeping Associate in Birmingham to join a dedicated hotel services team. You will clean bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas, ensure linen supplies for daily operations, and may perform additional back-of-house cleaning tasks as needed.

The role offers a permanent contract, 37.5 hours weekly, with opportunities for progression through management programs and flexible learning courses.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Housekeeping Department in a hotel.
• Willingness to work.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms to required standards and by deadlines.
• Change bed linen and towels and make beds.
• Clean bathrooms including vanity, sink, bath/shower, tiles/glass, and walls.
• Vacuum and mop floors; dust and polish furniture.
• Restock guest supplies such as shampoo and brochures; replenish minibar items.
• Restock and clean equipment used; assist Linen Porter and Public Area Cleaner duties as required.
