Premier Inn in London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy hotel team and ensure a welcoming, safe, and excellent guest experience.

You’ll apply leadership skills from retail or similar roles to drive standards, coach colleagues, and coordinate daily operations for a seamless stay. This permanent role is 40 hours per week with a pay rate up to £14.36 per hour for day shifts.

PAY RATE: Up to £14.36 per hour (day shift)

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS: 40 hours a week

LOCATION: Northway, Gatwick North Terminal, Crawley, West Sussex, RH6 0GQ
