A day in the life of…

As a Public Area Cleaner, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional welcome to our guests, ensuring they are well looked after and attended to promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for cleaning all public areas, including foyers, restrooms, back offices, and conference rooms, ensuring first impressions are positive and exceed guest expectations. You will also comply fully with all health & safety regulations, including food handling, fire procedures, and COSHH. Additionally, you will support the housekeeping team by replenishing supplies and performing other duties as needed.

This role is based at the Mercure Gloucester Bowden Hall Hotel, where you will be part of a passionate team that values work-life balance and understands that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
