John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Hotels Porter to join the Hotel team and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across all areas of the Hotel, including guest-facing spaces and back-of-house operations.
You will deliver a first-rate customer experience, ensuring a secure and safe environment for guests, members and staff during the night, contributing to the efficient and profitable running of the Hotel.
About the roleAs a Hotels Porter, you will work as part of the Hotel team to deliver and maintain the required standard of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across all areas of the Hotel both guest-facing and back of house.
Deliver a first-rate customer experience, leading customer service and provision of a secure and safe environment for guests, members and staff during the night. To add value to the efficient and profitable running of the Hotel in order to achieve our business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the Hotel.
Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
The role can be both physically and mentally demanding and requires an appropriate level of fitness and practical dexterity.
