Premier Inn in Newquay is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our Dream Team and elevate guest satisfaction across Front of House, Housekeeping and Maintenance.

You’ll run daily hotel operations, uphold our brand standards, mentor your team, and ensure safety and service excellence while delivering the UK’s favourite hotel experience. This full-time role offers a salary of £28,000–£31,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to uphold brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met across the hotel and food service areas.
