Hotel Night Shift Leader – Wetherspoon
Location: Monmouthshire • Type: Permanent • Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service at all times, with particular attention to fire safety.
- Deliver and uphold the CQSMA standards: cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere.
- Ensure the safe running of the hotel overnight, handle reservations and enquiries, and complete hourly security checks.
- Be responsible for evacuation in emergencies and maintain the duty manager logbook to report all accidents and incidents.
- Adhere to licensing law, trading standards, customs & excise regulations, food hygiene, health & fire safety requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional and well presented with good conversational English and a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels; self-motivated with high enthusiasm.
- Capable of handling pressure and managing people in emergencies or conflict situations.
- Must have a fixed place of residence reasonably close to the pub and proof of right to work in the UK.
- Must be over 18 to work in our hotels (note: if you are younger, other vacancies may be available).
