As a Multi-site Hotel Manager at the UK’s leading hotel brand, you’ll be responsible for overseeing three hotels, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining our unique culture. You will manage, develop, and motivate your teams to deliver excellent service and successful hotel operations.

Salary

£41,500 - £45,500 (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate Hotel Managers across three hotels to ensure outstanding service and results
• Manage daily operations including bar and kitchen to maintain UK’s number one status
• Drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities
• Ensure health and safety standards are met
• Develop and coach Hotel Managers to build high-performing teams
• Support regional plans and results within brand standards

• Commercial awareness, P&L management, and H&S compliance experience
