You will rotate through hotel departments and work closely with senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience and leadership exposure. The programme aims to place you in a permanent management role by its end.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for genuine hospitality.
• Proactive, positive and resilient attitude required.
• Degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undergo an 18-month Management Development Programme with departmental rotations.
• Early focus on the Duty Manager role within the first 3–6 months.
• Support progression into a permanent management role by programme end.
