Qualifications

• Painter and Decorator with internal/external experience and decoration prep work.
• Ability to work independently to maintain and service a large hotel building.
• Familiarity with a range of equipment including hand tools, power tools and door lock equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating tasks.
• Maintain building to ensure areas are fully functioning and guests have a great experience.
