Warner Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team. You’ll help keep guest areas in pristine condition, performing painting, decorating, and minor repairs to ensure a smooth guest journey from arrival. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable using a range of hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance work is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and maintain hotel areas.
• Willingness to learn about hotel maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating; prep walls and surfaces before decorating.
• Carry out minor repairs to ensure areas are fully functional and looking their best.
• Support maintenance of the building and guest journey by keeping facilities in good order.
