Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bond Street is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our Truly Talented team. You will complete maintenance-related work within the hotel in a timely fashion and ensure the property is kept to group standards.

The role covers reactive and planned preventative work, working closely with all hotel departments to minimise disruption to guests. You’ll support audits and monitor stock levels, while keeping a high standard of work and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of plumbing, electrics and decorating are highly important.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload efficiently.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Completing all maintenance-related work within the hotel in a timely fashion.
• Reactive and planned preventative work, coordinating with hotel departments to minimise disruption to guests.
• Support property audits and record benchmarking data such as meter readings, monitor stock levels with the maintenance manager.
