Job summary

leaf HOSPITALITY in Lincoln is seeking a practical Maintenance Operative to keep the hotel safe, well-maintained and welcoming for guests and staff. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to requests promptly, and assist with upkeep of guest rooms and public areas across the property.

This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving abilities, a practical approach to maintenance, and the ability to work with contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or trades is desirable.
• Good practical skills in building maintenance and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the hotel.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with upkeep and presentation of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Support Maintenance Lead and Property Manager in maintaining a safe environment.
