Premier Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Member at Paignton. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy and rely on during their stay, from breakfast before guests rise to busy dinner service.

No hotel experience needed—many of our team come from supermarkets, cafés or pubs. If you’re reliable, enjoy working with others and stay calm when the kitchen is busy, this permanent role with guaranteed hours could be for you.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience; willingness to learn is valued.
• You’re reliable, enjoy teamwork and stay calm when busy.
• Permanent contract with guaranteed hours and 18 contracted hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
