Job summary

Premier Inn Aberdeen South (Portlethen) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay.

You’ll handle breakfast and dinner service, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, receive deliveries and work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. No hotel experience required; training provided and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; training provided.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
