Job summary

Premier Inn in Porthmadog is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join the team. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that contribute to guests’ stays, including breakfast and dinner service.

With 20 contracted hours per week and a permanent contract, you’ll work evenings and weekends as part of a busy hotel kitchen. No hotel experience required—we’ll train you and help you grow with Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
