Job summary

Premier Inn in Luton Town Centre is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay. You’ll shuttle between breakfast prep, cooking during service and keeping the kitchen spotless and ready for the next rush.

No hotel experience is required—training is provided. If you’re reliable, enjoy teamwork and don’t mind busy shifts—including evenings and weekends—this could be your first kitchen role with us and a step toward future opportunities

Qualifications

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right

Responsibilities

• This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.
