Job summary

Premier Inn in Grantham is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll work breakfast and dinner shifts, join a busy team and contribute to a smooth, welcoming dining experience for guests staying at the hotel.

No hotel experience is required; training is provided as you learn kitchen routines, food safety and teamwork. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and store stock correctly
• Work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking right
