Job summary

Premier Inn Burnley, part of Whitbread PLC, is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join a dynamic kitchen. You will prepare, cook and plate meals for guests, from preparing breakfast before service to supporting a busy dinner service.

You’ll work as part of a team, stay calm in busy periods, and take pride in delivering meals that guests enjoy. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, training from day one, and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
