Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member at the Premier Inn in Witney. This part-time role offers 18 hours per week with a contract fixed-term until 9 November 2026. You will help prepare, cook and serve meals that contribute to guests’ stays.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, with tasks spanning ingredient prep, cooking, plating, stock handling and collaboration with hotel staff to ensure smooth service. Prior hospitality experience isn’t required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• 18 contracted hours per week.
• Fixed Term Contract until 09/11/2026.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
