Job summary

Premier Inn in Newquay (Seafront) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a 25-hour-per-week contract. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests, including breakfast and dinner services, and support a busy kitchen in a collaborative hotel team.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; pay is up to £13.06 per hour. This could be your first kitchen role or a step in hospitality, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; first kitchen role accepted.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next shift.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking presentable.
