Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member in Swansea. You will help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during breakfast and dinner service. The role offers a permanent contract with 25 contracted hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

This is a hands‑on kitchen role where you’ll be part of a team that delivers meals guests rely on, with training provided and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Kitchen Team Member – Premier Inn

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract:Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 25 contracted hours per week.

Location: Upper Forest Way, Morriston, Swansea, South Wales, SA6 8WB

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You don’t need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you’re reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
